Data Access Agreement for Participants
1. Definitions
* Data means all data downloaded from the Cardiac MRI Reconstruction Challenge (CMRxRecon2025), including images, k-space data and related meta-data.
* Recipient means a researcher who has previously completed this Data Access Agreement (Section 2) and has received acknowledgement of its acceptance.
2. Purpose
I. The purpose of disseminating the Data is to perform Multi-center CMR reconstruction tasks in the context of CMRxRecon2025 challenge. The data cannot be used in another context until the embargo period has expired.
II. Only non-commercial usage is allowed after the embargo period. The end of embargo period will be announced on the challenge website.
III. If used for a publication, the references listed on the website (https://www.synapse.org/Synapse:syn59814210) should be cited.
3. Confidentiality
The Recipient(s) signing this document commit to not disseminate the Data to any third party.
4. Challenge rules
The Recipient(s) agree to follow the challenge rules listed on the website.
5. Award and support
In consideration of the support of Shanghai United Imaging Healthcare Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “UIH”) for the organization of this challenge, it is expressly agreed that any winning team shall grant UIH and its affiliated research institutes, associated innovation enterprise partners a priority right to collaborate on technology cooperation and industrial transformation projects for a period of 90 days following the announcement of the challenge results.
UIH’s products are designed with AI integration in mind, enhancing the capabilities of all full-modality medical imaging and treatment equipment for quicker, better, and safer diagnosis and treatment. The vision is to leading healthcare innovation. The mission is to bring equal healthcare for all.

6. Others
6.1 Your use of the Data is deemed as your acknowledgement and acceptance of being bound by this Agreement. UIH has the right to modify the terms of this Agreement whenever it deems necessary. You can refer to the relevant agreement terms in the latest version of the website. After the modification of the agreement terms, if you continue to use the Data, it will be deemed that you have accepted the modified agreement. If you do not accept the modified agreement, you should stop using the Data.
6.2 The establishment, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding conflict of laws.
6.3 Any and all disputes, controversies, or differences which may arise from this Agreement shall be amicably settled by the parties. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to Shanghai International Arbitration Center for arbitration which shall be conducted in accordance with the Center’s arbitration rules in effect at the time of applying for arbitration. Any and all awards and other decisions shall be deemed to have been made there, without prejudice to the right of the arbitral tribunal to hold hearing, meeting, or sessions any place deems appropriate. The arbitration shall proceed in English and the arbitral award issued by SHIAC shall be final and binding on both parties.
6.4 The headings of all the clauses in this Agreement are for convenience of reading only and have no substantive meaning. They cannot be used as a basis for interpreting the meaning of this Agreement.
6. 5 If any provision of this Agreement is partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall still be valid and binding on both parties.
