1.) All submissions become the property of the Licensing International. Entry material, including samples, will not be returned to the entrants. 参评材料一经提交，所有材料成为国际授权业协会的财产，将不予退还参选者。

5.) All copyright or intellectual property disputes arising from the entries are the responsibility of the participants and are not associated with Licensing International or the Awards Committee.
