To ensure fair and orderly progress of Global Excellent Engineers Competition, the Executive Committee of the Competition makes the following declarations:
1.All participants voluntarily participate in Global Excellent Engineers Competition, are willing to accept the supervision of relevant departments, and actively cooperate with the relevant verification and investigation of the Competition Executive Committee;
2.All participants shall abide by relevant national laws and regulations and the rules of the Challenge;
3.All participants guarantee that the submitted materials are legal, true, accurate and complete, do not involve national confidentialities, and do not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of any third party;
4.All participants guarantee that the intellectual property rights of the participating materials are clear, the technical sources are legitimate, and the technical secrets and business secrets involved in the participating projects are strictly kept;
5.During the competition, participants are not allowed to publish or sell the relevant information of the participating projects privately;
6.In case of any violation of the above terms, all participants must bear all legal responsibilities that may be involved.
7.The legal issues involved in the commercial docking cooperation conducted by participants during and after the Excellent Engineers Competition and the related rights and obligations arising therefrom are not related to the Competition;
8.The Competition Executive Committee shall establish and publish the complaint and report methods, supervise the implementation of the Challenge, and have the right to deal with the violation of the terms of this statement until it is disqualified.
The terms of this statement are applicable to all participants and all links of Global Excellent Engineers Competition. Once signed, it is deemed to agree and abide by all the terms of this statement.
