请在11月9日下午3:00-6:00凭校园卡/校友卡和确认短信前往新太阳（详细地点将会在短信中说明）领取入场券。
逾期未领取的入场券将由主办方直接重新分配给现场等待的观众。
所有参加者须凭票入场，并在活动当天于邱德拔二层北侧平台进行检票。如教职工需要携带未成年儿童入场，凭票只能带一位儿童入场。
活动分为上、下午两场，共六个时段。每人只能报名一个时段，请根据报名成功的时段前往活动场地，请勿在未报名的时段入场。
活动时间：2024.11.10活动时段：请在该时段开始前10分钟抵达活动场地（即上午场第一节的参加者需要在9:50到场，上午场第二节的参加者则需在10:10到场，以此类推）。工作人员将在每节活动结束前5分钟内引导参加者有序离场。
上午场：
第一节：10:00-10:20
第二节：10:20-10:40
第三节：10:40-11:00
下午场：
第四节：14:00-14:20
第五节：14:20-14:40
第六节：14:40-15:00

After a successful registration, you will receive a confirmation SMS. On November 9, between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM, please bring your campus card/alumni card and confirmation SMS to New Sun Student Center (the exact location will be specified in the SMS) to collect your entry ticket.
Any entry tickets not collected on time will be redistributed by the organizers to waiting audience members on-site. All participants must enter with a ticket and will have their tickets checked at the north side platform on the second floor of Qiudeba Gymnasium on the day of the event. If faculty or staff members need to bring minor children, only one child can enter with each ticket.
The event is divided into morning and afternoon sessions, with a total of six time slots. Each person can only register for one time slot. Please go to the event venue according to the time slot for which you registered successfully, and do not enter during unregistered time slots.

Event Sessions:Please arrive at the event venue 10 minutes before the start of your time slot (i.e., participants for the first morning session should arrive by 9:50 AM, participants for the second morning session by 10:10 AM, and so on). Staff will guide participants to leave in an orderly manner within 5 minutes before each session ends.
