亚太碳化硅及相关材料国际会议，自2018年在中国北京举办首届会议以来，已经持续成功举办五届，会议聚焦宽禁带半导体相关材料、器件及前沿应用跨学科、多主题，针对全球行业发展焦点、热点、痛点，每届会议均吸引来自欧、美、日、韩、新加坡等数十个国家或区域的百余人次专家代表报告科学前沿、技术进展以及产业合作等，历届现场出席人数累计超过3800人次，共发布超过310个专业报告，吸引1800余家单位参与交流，10000+人次观看。
The Asia-Pacific Conference on Silicon Carbide and Related Materials (APCSCRM) has been successfully held for five sessions since its first session in Beijing, China, in 2018. APCSCRM focuses on multi-topic discussions on wide bandgap semiconductor-related materials, devices, and cutting-edge applications, addressing global industry development focuses and hot topics.Each conference attracts more than a hundred expert representatives from ten countries or regions, including Europe, the United States, Japan, etc., to report on scientific frontiers, technological progress, and industrial cooperation.
