The 1st Doctoral Research Symposium 2026
Abstract Submission

  1. Introduction

    The Faculty of Education (FED) at the University of Macau (UM) is pleased to announce the 1st Doctoral Research Symposium. The symposium will be held on 7 May 2026 (Thursday) at FED, UM in Macau. We are now calling for submissions of doctoral research abstracts. The submission period will be open from 16 March to 15 April 2026.

    • Education Policy

    • Teacher Education

    • Special Education

    • Language and Literacy Education

    • Educational Leadership

      Child Development

      Art Education

      Physical Education


  3. Submission Guidelines (Oral or Poster)

  4. - All submissions must follow the provided template on the official website under Important Dates and Access (https://fed.um.edu.mo/the-1st-doctoral-research-symposium-2026/).

  5. - The abstracts must be written in English.

  6. - The abstracts should clearly indicate a preference for either oral or poster presentation, and must not exceed 250 words.

  7. - Authors must specify the research type and complete the corresponding table with all required sections.
