您所提供的报名信息（包括但不限于姓名、联系方式、意向院校等）将用于本次活动的组织安排，包括人员联络、身份核验、分组管理及通知发放等必要用途。
The registration information you provide (including but not limited to your name, contact details, intended universities, and other relevant information) will be used for necessary purposes related to the organisation and operation of this event, including participant communication, identity verification, group management, and notification distribution.

1. 活动联合主体共享：本次活动由LNER伦敦铁路东北沿线、Great British Railways英国铁路公司、Trip.com Group携程集团、VisitBritain英国旅游局、British Council英国文化教育协会、主办方PingpongDigital乒创（上海）数字科技有限公司以及英国大学等合作伙伴提供支持。为了顺利开展活动宣传、服务保障、票务/行程安排及后续满意度调研，您同意我们将您的报名信息及现场参与记录安全共享给上述主办方、联合主办方及核心合作伙伴。
1. Sharing among event organisers and partners：This event is supported by LNER, Great British Railways, Trip.com Group, VisitBritain, British Council, the event organiser PingPong Digital, participating UK universities, and other partners. To facilitate event promotion, service support, ticketing/travel arrangements, and subsequent satisfaction surveys, you agree that we may securely share your registration information and on-site participation records with the above-mentioned organisers, co-organisers, and key partners.
2. 展位与互动共享：活动期间，若您在参与的英国大学、品牌展位或合作方展位通过交互式终端设备或二维码进行打卡、互动或信息登记，将视为您同意将您的报名信息及互动记录安全共享给对应的大学、品牌方及合作伙伴，用于活动备案、校方/品牌审核、后续沟通及市场营销等用途。
2. Sharing through exhibition booths and interactive activities: During the event, if you use interactive terminals or QR codes at participating UK university booths, brand booths, or partner booths to check in, participate in activities, or submit information, this will be considered your consent for your registration information and interaction records to be securely shared with the relevant universities, brands, and partners. Such information may be used for event records, university/brand verification, follow-up communications, and marketing purposes.
信息的共享与处理将严格遵守《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》及英国《数据保护法》（UK GDPR）等相关法律法规，您的个人信息将受到严格保密。未经您的明确授权，我们不会向任何与本次活动无关的第三方披露或将其用于其他商业用途。
All information sharing and processing will strictly comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the Personal Information Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China and the UK Data Protection Act/UK GDPR. Your personal information will be kept strictly confidential. Without your explicit authorisation, we will not disclose your personal information to any third party unrelated to this event, nor use it for any other commercial purposes.
各数据接收方（包括各大学、主办方及合作品牌）将按照各自官方公布的隐私政策处理您的数据。您有权撤回同意、反对数据处理或行使其他数据主体权利。如需在活动后 7 个工作日内撤回同意或取消后续联系，请通过活动官方渠道与我们联系；逾期我们将协助您联系相关主体进行处理。
Each data recipient (including universities, organisers, and partner brands) will process your data in accordance with their respective officially published privacy policies. You have the right to withdraw your consent, object to data processing, or exercise other data subject rights. If you wish to withdraw your consent or opt out of future communications within 7 working days after the event, please contact us through the official event channels. After this period, we will assist you in contacting the relevant data controllers for further processing.

【Photography and Voice Authorisation Terms】
本次活动现场可能会拍摄包含您肖像、声音的照片及视频，并可能用于主办方、合作方及参展机构在联合线上及线下渠道的宣传推广与总结报道。感谢您的理解与支持。
Photos and videos containing your image and/or voice may be taken during the event. These materials may be used by the organisers, partners, and participating institutions for promotional purposes and event reporting across their joint online and offline channels. Thank you for your understanding and support.
