III. Submission Guidelines for Artworks (For detailed information, please refer to the requirements of each competition track)

Once the artwork is submitted, the information of the author, supervising instructor, and artwork title cannot be modified. The information on the award certificate will be based on the final submission in the system.

It is recommended to use a stable network connection when uploading works. In the event of submission failure due to network issues, the participant shall bear the responsibility.

To avoid peak submission traffic and system congestion in the final 3 days before the deadline, please submit your works as early as possible.

IV. Author and Institution Information

Each artwork may have no more than 3 authors and no more than 2 supervising instructors.

The same work must not be submitted to multiple tracks, otherwise the participation qualification will be revoked. For cross-institutional collaborative works, the number of participating institutions shall not exceed 3 (including the home institution).

The signature of the work must use the official full name of the school, and the name of the secondary college must be consistent with the official documents of the school. If there is no corresponding option, please select "Other" and fill in the accurate name manually.

No identifying information such as the author's name, school name, supervising instructor, or logo may appear in the artwork; otherwise, it will be deemed invalid.

In the same work, the author and the supervising instructor must not be the same person.

V. Copyright and Usage Authorization

All submitted works must be original. The organizing committee recommends that authors independently complete copyright registration for their works. The organizing committee reserves the right to conduct a formal review of shortlisted works and, if necessary, may require authors to provide materials related to the creative process. Works must not contain national symbols such as the map of China, national emblem, national flag, or Party flag, nor any logos of other competitions or commercial advertising.

The organizing committee shall have the right to use the submitted works for non-commercial purposes, including but not limited to exhibitions, publicity, publications, online displays, and public welfare promotions, without further notice or remuneration. The organizing committee enjoys priority rights in collecting award-winning works, transforming their achievements, and engaging in industrial cooperation.

All submitted works will not be returned. Authors are requested to keep the original files and backups on their own.
