About CISIP

The Community of International Science-Indusry Parks is an initiative of China Great Wall Enterprise Institute to create a professional and practical platform for the world’s science-industry parks (SIPs) to share expertise and join efforts. As a non-governmental, non-profit organization, the CISIP follows the core values of professionality, inclusiveness, and independence, indicating its openness to freewill and fee-free participation from around the world with no more criteria to filter membership other than professionality.

Description
SIP Fellow (SIP as institution or legal entity) refers to science-industry parks defined as areas specially demarcated in both geographic and institutional sense where special policies and services are provided to encourage and support activities of innovation as well as the transformation of innovative achievements into improved technologies, processes or products that generate positive socio-economic return often seen as industrial clustering and upgrading, urban development and modernization, and prosperity of the knowledge-based new economy.

Description
Professional Partner (other institutions or natural persons) refers to those organizations or persons apart from SIPs but related with services, policies and the functioning of SIPs, which may include relevant government agencies, innovation as well as business consulting agencies, financing institutions, incubation and acceleration service providers, universities and research institutes, individual professionals, etc.
