FORM INVITATION FOR VISA APPLICATION (EXHIBITORS / CONFERENCE ATTENDEES / MATCHMAKING PARTICIPANT)


■ VISA APPLICATION

Foreign Exhibitors/Foreign Visitors/Conference Attendees/Business Matchmaking Participants, who are required to have a visa to enter China, are strongly recommended to process the application at least one month before departure from the country of origin. The event organiser can provide an invitation letter for prompt visa processing. Please fill in this FORM for an invitation letter and send us as soon as possible. The invitation letter will be ready within seven business days of receiving all documents.

 

■ ATTENTION

1. Please be minded that all applicants' passports must be valid for at least SIX MONTHS beyond the intended date to enter China or any other destination.


2. We can only provide you the business invitation letter issued by our company, if the company invitation letter does not work for you to apply your visa, we suggest you to apply the tourist visa instead.

3. Please take this invitation letter together with your passport to your embassy or consulate to apply visa.


4. Please kindly notice that the invitation letter service will be shut down on Oct.11th. Please submit your information before this date.
