注意事項：

1.     請選擇支付寶轉賬與銀行轉帳的參會者先繳納全部費用後填寫報名表，否則預留之席位將不獲保留。最終報名完成以在指定時間內完成全部繳費及完成報名表提交為準。

2.    費用一經繳納，無特殊情況，恕不退還，敬請諒解,多謝合作。本活动最终解释权归本協會所有

Precautions:

1.Participants who pay by Alipay or bank transfer should complete total payment first then complete application form. Otherwise, the reserved seats will be canceled. Whether the registration is successful is determined by whether the total fee is paid and application is submit successfully before deadline.

2.Kindly reminding, once the fee has been paid, no refund will be proceeded ONLY IFthere are extremely special circumstances. Thanks for your consideration and cooperation. The right of final interpretation shall be reserved by our association
