亲爱的电院留学生同学：
      在本学期的几次活动后，我们发现有一部分同学的联系方式已经改变，导致学院下发的通知并没有及时知晓。
      于是电院学生工作办公室开始下发此次留学生联系方式收集问卷。
      请大家准确填写个人信息以及联系方式，如果因为联系方式错误而产生的一系列问题，学院将不负任何责任。

Dear international students of SEIEE:

    After several activities this semester, we found that some international students' E-mail address and mobile phone number have changed.

    In order to facilitate the timely and accurate notification of the scholarship, activity notice and various teaching arrangements, we began to collect the new contact information.

    Please fill in this questionnaire truthfully. The SEIEE will not be responsible for any academic or scholarship problems just because of the wrong contact information.
